This Agreement governs use of the TCSS Billing Connector (the "Software"), private internal software owned and operated by TCSS ("we", "us"). The Software is not distributed, sold, licensed, or made available to the public. It is used solely by TCSS personnel to reconcile our own payment records against our own accounting records.
We grant our authorized personnel a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for internal business purposes only, for the duration of their authorization. No other person or entity is granted any right to use the Software.

The Software, including all source code, documentation, and associated intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of TCSS. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership.
The Software connects to QuickBooks Online, operated by Intuit Inc., and to Authorize.Net, operated by Visa Inc. Use of the Software does not modify or supersede our agreements with those providers, and use of their services remains governed by their respective terms. We are solely responsible for our use of those services through the Software.
Handling of information accessed by the Software is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, and its output is not a substitute for professional accounting review.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCSS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the Software.
Authorization to use the Software may be revoked at any time, with or without notice. On revocation, the user must cease all use and surrender any credentials in their possession.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TCSS is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
